It is happening sometimes that my mind brings me somewhere else, running after the multi-tasking and lowering my level of attention to the present.

In such periods I thank for the experiences and my studies that has allowed to develop that approach to mindfulness and research on topics that are more and more important also in the business world

The ceremony was fun, easy and fast. I have been involved in the printing process and this will be an anecdote I will share (as I am doing), increasing the brand awareness making marketing people happy.

And I have paid much more than standard package, of course., but I am happy for the value this present will have for the personal touch. Really a win-win initiative
